Great ingredients, great presentation and great people. Highly recommended. It can be popular at meal times but they do a good job moving people through too

Quesadilla was da bomb!! Super flavorful and lots of tummy-filling fresh ingredients, never been a fan of sour cream tho, and there was a huge spat of it, so will definitely ask them to leave that out next time. The salsa has a great kick too!!
The minestrone was okay, nothing too out of the ordinary.
Will definitely go back to try other things. -

Everything here is great, from breakfast to lunch, all organic food. If you order the meal there is always a salad with fruit, very healthy. Great place for everyday meal. The service may be a little bit slow during meal time, but other than that it's great.

This place is obviously geared toward the local office population as it's difficult to find and has limited signage. Worth it though. "Half turkey sandwich with soup" sounds about as boring a lunch as I can imagine and, when she told me the sandwich was premade, I lost all hope. But that sandwich was awesome! They put chiles and shredded carrots (?? !!) on deli turkey between two big slices of ciabatta. Que sabor! The soup was good. Nothing terribly interesting. But it also came with a very small salad, which was more of a "slaw salad" with cabbage and shredded carrots in a slaw-like sauce. It was all a very good and likely very healthy meal.
The menu leans Mexican. They have quesadillas, tacos and ceviche. It's obviously run by Latinos, so that may be why. The tacos sounded really good, and I wish I would have gotten to sample them.
So the name comes from it being inside the old post pharmacy. How cute is that? It actually kind of looks like an old style pharmacy counter.
Great place to take a break while walking around the Presidio. After all, there's a lot to cover. And it's right by a PresidiGo shuttle stop. -

Best tuna melt west of the Mississippi! All of their food is fresh & delicious. They have great options for vegetarians and yummy weekly lunch specials.
